    Shipping Policy


    All orders over $100 are shipped free. Our warehouses are strategically located around the country which enables us to reach 98% of the U.S. population within 1-2 business days. In order to ensure we can continue to provide our customers the experience, service and pricing they expect, we have the minimum order of $100 to allow us to absorb the regularly changing freight costs. This allows us to ensure we continue to provide our customers with1-2 business day delivery, high powered online tracking tools and consistent pricing. 

    All orders within the continental United States (the lower 48 states) will take 1-2 business day to arrive. However, there is no guarantee of delivery within that time frame. Occasionally a local warehouse within the 1-2 day delivery time frame to your ship to address may have low or limited stock on your ordered items. This will cause our system to pull your order from the closest alternative warehouse which then can cause the order to take up to 4-5 business days. 

    Most of our shipping is ground-based with UPS or FedEx.  Large and extremely heavy orders are usually shipped via common carrier.

    While we ship out your entire order all at once and aim to ship complete, products may be delivered in separate shipments from multiple warehouses which may affect delivery times. If you receive a delivery or a partial order, the rest of the order may arrive the same day via another courier or the following day. Estimated delivery times are considered standard delivery times and are not guaranteed. 

    Our shipping policy covers the continental United States (the lower 48 states). All orders outside the continental United States will be charged individual shipping charges depending on the ship to address. This includes but not limited to Alaska and Hawaii addresses.     Freight shipping costs are "dock to dock" deliveries and do not include inside delivery or lift gates. If you are placing a large freight order (i.e. the delivery is large items such as furniture, pallet products, pallet of paper, etc.), be sure to make the appropriate accommodations on your end. If you need loading dock help, a lift gate or require inside delivery for a freight order, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can make the arrangements for you (inside delivery or lift gate requests for freight orders will be charged an additional shipping charge).
