      1. How do I track my Order

        When applicable, a tracking number will be sent in your shipping notification email. You can also login to your account and look under Order History for the tracking number.

      2. Where can I see my order history?

        Login to your account and look under Order History. You can also easily re-order items from individual orders.

      3. How do I re-order an item?

        In your Order History, click on an individual order. Click on the ‘Reorder’ link on the right side of the page. You can add the contents to your cart with a press of a button, or you can adjust the quantities of particular items

      4. Do you charge sales tax?

        We only charge sales tax to orders shipping to the State of Virginia.

      5. What if I am a tax-exempt organization?

        If you are tax-exempt and live in the State of Virginia, you can fax us your tax-exempt certificate to 757-868-0507. We will refund the tax from your order.

      6. How do I cancel an order?

        Because we’re committed to processing and shipping your items quickly, once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to the appropriate distribution center for packing and shipping. You can request that your order be canceled or modified prior to shipment; however, we cannot guarantee that it will be canceled or modified. Any orders in the processing or shipping stages cannot be canceled or modified.

      8. Can I use a purchase order?

        Currently, we don’t accept purchase orders. You may put a PO number during the checkout process but it will only be for your record at this time.

      9. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

        Usually 1-3 business days. If something is on back order or discontinued, one of our customer service representatives will let you know when the item will arrive.
