HHS Orders with Stephens Office Supply

In June 2008, Stephens Office Supply created this portal for HHS users for our ordering site.  HHS employees are permitted to order through their own portal on the Stephens Office Supply Internet Ordering site.   (https://webservices.theofficestore.com/HHS-HALogin.asp).   They can also order on the DoD EMall if they wish.  For information on DoD EMall and how to find Stephens Office Supply there, you can open this link.

All HHS users receive the best pricing for items on our GSA BPA (FSSI BPA) and our GSA Contract when ordering on the Stephens website, caution should be used on the DoD Emall to minimize ordering from other corridors such as MILSTRIP, or Open Market which may reflect higher pricing.
