Stephens Office Supply provides no-hassle, no-haggle returns on all merchandise in the original packaging if returned in thirty (30) days or less. To arrange a return, please contact our customer support representatives. Our customer support representatives will provide you with the information necessary to return your merchandise, and arrange for a credit to your account. They will then either e-mail, fax, or mail a copy of your credit direct to your billing address.
This policy specifically excludes items such as custom stamps, and furniture items that are not purchased from of our supplies catalog. In the case of custom stamps, the item is not returnable with the exception of an error in manufacture. In the case of furniture ordered through Stephens Office Supply that is not carried in our extensive supplies catalog, the customer may need to pay shipping and re-stocking fees - depending on the policy of the manufacturer. These fees can be substantial and if you have any concerns over this, you should contact Stephens Office Supply directly.
