New Website:
February 20th, 2009. Stephens Office Supply released a new version of our Internet ordering site. The new site is built upon new Microsoft Technology which should make for a better customer experience. During the time between Feb. 20th and March 31st. Customers may use either the old website (https://www.theofficestore.com/order.htm) or the new site (https://www.theofficestore.com/order.htm). After March 31st, the old website will be decommissioned.
Department of Justice BPA
February 12th 2009, Stephens Office Supply was one of several companies awarded the Department of Justice BPA contract to provide Office Supplies to all DOJ Offices. This contract - available on DoD EMall - is available only through the Department of Justice BPA corridor. Although you will be able to find us under the Army BPA, MILSTRIP, GSA BPA, Air Force BPA, Photographic, Open Market catagories, however, to receive the DOJ BPA pricing - you must go to the DOJ BPA Corridor. This contract allows DOJ users to obligate funds for Office Supplies using their government credit card. The delay for orders from DoD EMall to Stephens is routinely a couple of hours. Stephens will routinely ship your orders within 1 business day from the closest of our 65 warehousing locations around the country.
New Product Lines:
As of January 2009, Stephens Office Supply now provides a wide variety of Computer/Technology and Power/Hand tool related products through DOD EMall on our Open Market Catalog - this is through the addition of two new wholesalers that provide outstanding support of our customers.
Air Force BPA
May 27th 2008, Stephens Office Supply was one of several companies awarded the Air Force BPA contract to provide Office Supplies to all Air Force commands and contractors eligible purchase on GSA schedules. This contract - available on DoD EMall - is available only through the Air Force BPA corridor. Although you will be able to find us under the Army BPA, MILSTRIP, GSA BPA, Photographic, Open Market catagories, however, to receive the GSA BPA pricing - you must go to the Air Forct BPA Corridor. This contract allows Military users to obligate funds for Office Supplies using their government credit card. The delay for orders from DoD EMall to Stephens is routinely a couple of hours. Stephens will routinely ship your orders within 1 business day from the closest of our 65 warehousing locations around the country.
GSA BPA:
Stephens Office Supply was one of 10 companies awarded the GSA BPA contract to provide Office Supplies to all Government Agencies eligible purchase on GSA schedules. This contract - available on DoD EMall - is available only through the FSSI corridor. Although you will be able to find us under the Army BPA, Photographic, and Open Market catagories, however, to receive the GSA BPA pricing - you must go to the FSSI Corridor. This contract allows Military users to obligate funds for Office Supplies using their government credit card. The delay for orders from DoD EMall to Stephens is routinely a couple of hours. Stephens will routinely ship your orders within 1 business day from the closest of our 65 warehousing locations around the country.
MILSTRIP:
Stephens Office Supply was awarded a MILSTRIP contract in April 2006. This contract - available on DoD EMall - is available only through the All of EMall corridor. This contract allows Military users to obligate MILSTRIP funds for Office Supplies. The delay for orders from DoD EMall to Stephens is routinely several hours, and although the EMall provides a default delivery date of 60 days ARO. Stephens, will routinely ship your orders within 1 business day from the closest of our 65 warehousing locations around the country.

ARMY wide BPA - BPA Contract
In April 2004, the Army BPA was recinded and re-awarded to only small businesses - of which Stephens Office Supply was again selected. All orders for Office Supplies for the U.S. Army are to be entered and supported through the DoD EMALL. The DoD EMALL ordering site can be found at https://emall.prod6.dodonline.net/scripts/EMLearn.asp. The orders are generated from the DoD EMALL, and submitted to Stephens Office Supply via encrypted e-mail for processing.
Stephens Office Supply was founded in 1984 in the heart of Poquoson, Virginia. We have expanded to North Carolina, Texas, and California, and Washington D.C. We are a small Woman Owned company that proudly supports our local schools, local sports teams, and other organizations while providing services and supplies to our local governments, military installations, and businesses.
In February 2001, we received a GSA contract (#GS-14F-0019L) for tens of thousands of office supplies, and offer GSA contract pricing on Audio/Visual and Furniture sales as well. We represent several Furniture and A/V vendors including HON, Design Options, Global, Thrasher, and Panasonic, just to name a few.
Stephens has been awarded an Outstanding rating from JWOD 2002 through 2008.
